The location is fantastic, with a world-class gym just around the corner and easy access to the subway station, making it convenient for exploring downtown. The facilities are excellent, including a lovely pool and sauna, and the staff is friendly and helpful in accommodating needs.

Convenient location near public transportation.

My stay had several frustrating challenges. The internet connection was terrible, making it difficult to work or stay connected. Additionally, multiple elevators were out of service, leading to long waits, prompting us to use the stairs instead, even with luggage. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, and they weren’t particularly helpful when we inquired about parking options, which added to our stress during the trip.

Service that goes above and beyond

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and personalized service at Hotel Dolmen. The staff treated us wonderfully, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The free three-course dinner was a delightful bonus, and the breakfast spread was incredibly varied with plenty of delicious options. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city!

However, the air conditioning in our room could have been better, which made our nights a bit uncomfortable. A few power outlets were awkwardly placed, and we noticed some signs of wear throughout the furnishings. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

the location is super good, right by the opera house and easy to get around with public transit. breakfast is really good too, tons of options and all delish. rooms are big and clean, the bed is comfy enough for a good sleep after a long day. the staff are super nice and helpfu, made us feel welcome. the swimming pool is decent and the gym is useful for a quick workout.

but the air conditioning in our room was kinda weak and the jacuzzi was dirty, so we couldn’t use it. also, there were a lot of noises from other rooms that kept waking us up.
