Easily one of the comfiest stays I've had. The room was spacious with a huge bed. Breakfast had a good variety, but items were often lukewarm. Bicycle rental service nearby made exploring convenient.

Great spacious corner suite with a private bathroom and luxurious amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and minibar. Enjoyed the beautiful indoor pool and fitness center. Room also had soundproofing and a safe. Breakfast was varied, but pricey. Staff were attentive, making the overall experience very enjoyable.

Recommend it for first-time visitors

We had a nice experience at this hotel. They really went the extra mile for us like when the concierge helped me find a battery charger for my camera and kept our luggage safe while we explored the city. I also liked the spacious room with a separate tub and shower it felt luxurious without being over the top.

It wasn’t the cheapest stay but for the value we got it was still acceptable.

Elegant room, excellent breakfast, with a spacious accommodation and a delicious buffet that offered a great variety of food options in a lovely dining area, making mornings enjoyable for guests. plus, the hotel's perfect location just a 5-minute walk from the Retiro station adds convenience for exploring.

However, I expected at least one complimentary bottle of water in a 5-star hotel instead of being charged 2000 Argentine Pesos. Plus, when I asked for a tea bag and milk, I was told to order room service, which feels a bit off for a place like this.

We had a spacious corner suite with views that made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was excellent, slightly off the busy streets, providing a quiet retreat for our family. They also helped store our luggage when we explored nearby attractions.

My wife says that the coffee pods being charged extra was frustrating for our family. It would be great if they offered complimentary coffee for guests, especially when traveling with kids.
