Although there was a power issue, the staff quickly upgraded me to a suite after just an hour of waiting. While waiting, I explored the safe and convenient neighborhood. The staff at Esplendor were incredibly helpful and provided timely insights on where to go and what to do. The modern and sleek accommodations were cool and quiet, and our room was incredibly spacious with balcony views of the vibrant city. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful design, and wonderful staff.

Our overnight stay at Esplendor was excellent. The room was huge and sparkling clean. The staff was super kind and helpful, even serving us breakfast earlier than usual due to our early flight. The location was very convenient, near Galeria Pacífico and Florida, with plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside was the slow and intermittent WiFi connection.
