The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of major attractions like Plaza de Mayo and Cafe Tortoni. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and the lobby had a lovely atmosphere with comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent front desk service and even offering car service for the convenience of guests. the hotel had a pool that was heated, which was a nice touch for a swim during my Christmas stay.

One disappointment was that I had to pay for tea bag sachets in the room, and there was no black tea available for breakfast despite it being offered in the room at an additional cost. Another minor drawback was that the comforter on the bed was a little too warm for the March weather in Buenos Aires.
