The room we were given initially had 2 single beds instead of a double, but this was quickly resolved and we were moved to a more suitable room. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the kettle and mini fridge, which were very useful. The hotel is situated in a great location, making it easy to get to all the important sites and attractions in the area. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. the service, comfort, and amenities provided here were amazing.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of major attractions like Plaza de Mayo and Cafe Tortoni. the room was spacious and well-furnished, and the lobby had a lovely atmosphere with comfortable seating. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent front desk service and even offering car service for the convenience of guests. the hotel had a pool that was heated, which was a nice touch for a swim during my Christmas stay.

One disappointment was that I had to pay for tea bag sachets in the room, and there was no black tea available for breakfast despite it being offered in the room at an additional cost. Another minor drawback was that the comforter on the bed was a little too warm for the March weather in Buenos Aires.

Starting the new year at the hotel was a great experience! We loved the breakfast spread, with everything from scrambled eggs to tasty meats and cheeses. the complimentary pots and kitchen accessories were a lifesaver as we cooked some great meals. the key location was perfect, with the river and plaza just a short walk away. the staff was super nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but we still managed to get a good night's sleep. the lack of a restaurant or bar was a minor inconvenience, but we were able to find great alternatives nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to important sites such as Plaza de Mayo and Cafe Tortoni. It was easy to get around and explore the city from this central location.
