There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puerto Iguazu. The staff surprised my fiance with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday in multiple languages. The hotel went above and beyond when our flight was delayed by sending a cab to pick us up and preparing a late dinner for us upon arrival. This was the best hospitality I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in a beautiful natural garden, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It was conveniently close to the national park, making it easy for us to explore the stunning Iguazu Falls. We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, with a variety of vegan and vegetarian options available.

The taxis provided by the hotel were expensive and didn't have a meter, making it difficult to determine the fair price for our rides.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary wine and chocolates provided in the room upon arrival. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation options. the daily breakfast buffet was quite varied and satisfying.

The hotel's main restaurant was closed for the majority of my stay, which limited dining options. the walls were quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms and hallways was often disruptive.

During my stay at Falls Iguazu Hotel & Spa, I had a fantastic experience with the spa facilities. Although it was not included in the price, I decided to give it a try. The pool was refreshing, and the hammam provided a relaxing escape. The highlight was the massage, which was perfectly tailored to my needs. The staff were accommodating and accepted my request not to pay for the spa experience. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its spa and attentive service. I would recommend this hotel based on my positive experience.

The hotel had a beautiful and clean atmosphere, with a good variety of food at the buffet. It was easy to arrange a taxi and conveniently located near the airport.

My stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. The luxurious amenities provided were just perfect, including the spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and beauty treatments. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The restaurant offered an extensive variety of dishes that were absolutely delicious. Furthermore, the hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with a stunning view of the nearby river.

Although my stay at this hotel was incredible, there was a minor issue that I encountered. Other than that, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
