Parking situation is a nightmare—extremely tight!!! Room key cards malfunction often, and amenities like towel hooks and soap dishes missing!!! Basic planning could improve comfort!!!

Right in the heart of Condado, mate! Staff were lovely, always ready to help ya. Room was top-notch with a fab kitchen. Only downside was the tiny parking—had to squeeze in me rental, but no worries! Would defo return.

I found the location to be excellent, and the staff was friendly. The pool area was enjoyable, and I appreciated the beach access. The kitchen in my apartment allowed me to prepare some meals, which was convenient. However, the walls weren't as soundproof as expected, and I noticed some noise from adjacent rooms. I did enjoy my time exploring the area, especially a healthy cafe on the ground floor. I stayed from 2024-02-15.

My stay at Hibird Hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond, especially Juan, who made sure to send my lost Airpod back to me for free. I loved the cozy King Room with Balcony and the beautiful beach access with sun loungers right at my fingertips!
