My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The location was ideal, as it allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions, such as the falls. The staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The spacious rooms provided ample space for me to store my belongings, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly loved the nice balcony, where I could relax and take in the surroundings. The pool area was also a great feature, with a bar service that added to the overall luxury experience.

After long days of exploring the park and waterfalls, we slept like logs and woke up well-rested. the breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and even almond milk for those with dairy restrictions. the hotel's location was convenient, with small shops nearby and easy access to an animal sanctuary and the House of Bottles. the staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to organize tours and transportation. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was important considering the hot weather. The location was much closer to the airport and the national park than we had expected. The hotel provided a great taxi service at reasonable prices, making it convenient for us to explore the city and visit the park. During our stay at Gran Hotel Tourbillon, we had a few issues with noisy neighbors, but the receptionist quickly offered us a cozy cabaña outside the hotel. The location is ideal, near the cataratas, and the hotel provides a convenient remis service. The massage at the spa was fantastic, although the ambiance could be improved. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a great view. The breakfast in the large hall was delightful, with fresh fruits, and the tourist desk was very helpful in arranging our excursions.
