I had an incredible experience at the Hilton in Buenos Aires. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. When I arrived from my cruise, they immediately took care of my luggage and even extended the lounge hours so that I could relax before my flight. The lounge itself was beautiful and the manager checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to walk around and explore the nearby neighborhood. It is also a very safe area, perfect for going out at night without worrying. The staff at the hotel are extremely kind and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are well-maintained with excellent toiletries. There are also great facilities available such as a gym, sun terrace, and pool.

The breakfast options did not live up to the usual high standards expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Located in a trendy neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially at the Reception Desk.

Some noise from nearby clubs on the second floor can be bothersome for light sleepers. The swimming pool was small and crowded in the afternoon.

The location, although different from the rest of BA, was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Casa Rosata and the cathedral. It made for a great starting point to easily walk to Teatro Colón. The highlight of my stay was the attentive and friendly staff, as well as the inviting lobby bar.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Puerto Madero. The Hilton was a class act and offered excellent security. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special, surprising me with a thoughtful card, a bottle of wine, and a delicious cheese board. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious walk-in closet. The bathroom was exceptionally large and well-appointed. The view from our room was stunning, and the food at the restaurant and through room service was delicious. The dining service was top-notch, and the hotel staff provided us with an electric converter and extra washcloths. This is definitely the best place to stay in town!
