As a budget traveler, I loved the convenience of the hotel's location near the business district and train station. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and well-insulated for a quiet and comfortable stay. The bathrooms had all the latest gadgets and accessories, including a heated section of the mirror. The breakfast buffet at the Chinese restaurant downstairs was delicious, albeit a bit pricey.

Felt welcomed, no complaints at all.

This hotel is conveniently located near several train stations, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to store my bags until my room was ready. The rooms, although small by American standards, were well-designed and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the bathroom was a standout feature, with a cleverly designed sink/shower combination and a comfortable tub. The free WiFi had good signal and download speeds, and the hotel even provided complimentary toiletries and a yukata-like robe for guests to use.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of Sotetsu Fresa Inn. Being just a 5-minute walk to the Yamanote line and Mita station, it was incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. The location is great and very convenient for getting around the city. the surrounding area is filled with plenty of eateries and shopping malls. the hotel has a Chinese restaurant that serves tasty Cantonese-style dishes. They also provide free coffee and a desktop computer for guests to use.

This made it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, spoke good English, and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. this hotel offered great value for the price.
