the staff at Play Hostel Arcos were very friendly and helpful, especially in assisting us with planning our activities. They even allowed us to store our luggage free of charge after check-out so we could explore the city without hassle. the location of the hostel was good, as it was within walking distance of many attractions. the private room I stayed in was comfortable, with natural light and a clean atmosphere. I was impressed with the charm and value this hostel offered.
