The pool with thermal waters was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was always clean and tidy, and we especially loved the bedside reading lights which made it easy to unwind before bed.

The music around the hotel was a bit too loud and constant, making it difficult to relax at times. the hot water in our room was not quite hot enough for a proper soak in the bathtub, which was a bit disappointing.
