Friendly and attentive staff made our stay at Impala enjoyable. They went above and beyond to assist us with taxis, doctor appointments, and flight changes. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and it offered good value for the price. a positive experience.

Location is convenient for sightseeing and restaurants. The breakfast has a good variety of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff is friendly.

The room was terribly noisy and I could hear all the street traffic and people talking outside. The bed was uncomfortable and had a musty smell.

You can easily explore the city on foot, taking in the beautiful sights and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with crisp white sheets and well-maintained furniture. the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot and cold drinks.

The soundproofing in the hotel is lacking, allowing noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor to easily filter into your own room.
