Whale sightings from balcony rooms during whale season. Elegant interior courtyard with impressive artwork. Helpful staff, allowing early check-in. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet. Quiet and comfortable rooms with spacious layout.

We loved the location of the hotel, right on the beach. It was so close to the beaches and we enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice ocean view. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was of a high standard.

The air conditioning in some of the rooms was not functioning during our stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right across the street from the beach in the heart of downtown. It doesn't get better than that! The staff here are truly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything you might need during your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice views and even some with balconies. The ex large double bed was a real treat!

All was good; nothing to complain about.

The breakfast variety was good with a decent hot breakfast. the sea view rooms had incredible views and the location seemed very central, with lots of restaurants and activities nearby.
