We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at a hidden gem of a hotel. The junior suite we booked was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff spoke excellent English and were friendly. The abundance of options at the breakfast buffet and the three on-site restaurants were a plus. The pool area felt like an oasis, and the spa was a must-visit for a massage or a relaxing swim. we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over the Christmas holidays. the room was spacious and we loved the lush green grounds. the pool was refreshing and clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast with gluten-free options. the hotel offered helpful travel services to easily arrange airport and national park transfers.

The staff didn't provide much information on activities outside the resort. the public areas were a bit old-fashioned and could have been cleaner.

Die Lage an der Alster und in der Nähe der Kolonnaden war fantastisch. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Hotel trotz der belebten Straße Esplanade eine ruhige Atmosphäre bot. Die Suite im angrenzenden Palais, einem ehemaligen Bischofssitz, war wunderschön im historischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar und Inventar aus dem 19. Jahrhundert verlieh dem Zimmer eine charmante Atmosphäre. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich gut und das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Es spürte sich an, als wäre dies ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit einer langen Tradition.

The exclusive amenities at this venue made my stay more indulgent than I anticipated. The indoor pool and spa lounge provided a relaxing retreat from the sunshine. The exemplary service from the staff made it a comfort to stay here. The buffet breakfast was delicious and extensive, with a wide variety of local delicacies that were homemade. The location is set in beautiful landscaped gardens that made it a true oasis away from the city.

The minor issue I had was that the library wasn't as well-stocked as I would have liked, but this was only a minor inconvenience for me as I was too busy exploring the outside areas.
