The hotel had a cozy alpine lodge feel, and the front-desk staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were willing to go above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to the main street in town.

There were a few downsides to our stay. parts of the hotel were worn and not well-maintained, which took away from the overall experience.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and provided excellent service. They were very friendly and accommodating, especially considering I had a late flight to catch. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location. Enjoyed the spacious lobby with a bar, meeting rooms, and a game room. The staff provided excellent service and gave us helpful tips. The breakfast was fantastic, and they even offered a convenient lunch box service. I highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation.

Great customer service at Hotel Kosten Aike. We had an issue with our room being too hot, but the staff quickly and efficiently moved us to a more comfortable room without any hassle. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were great. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in El Calafate.

Enjoyed the festive atmosphere during my Christmas stay. the complimentary welcome drink and festive treats were well received. the hotel’s key location was ideal for exploring the town and visiting the glacier. the breakfast spread was impressive and kept me fuelled for the day’s activities. the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The music from the nearby bar was very loud and made it difficult to sleep in the front-facing room. the sewage odor from the bathroom drain was unpleasant.
