I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of Palermo. The location was absolutely perfect, with all the main attractions just a few meters away. The staff here were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. The rooms were elegant and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The best part was the price - it was such a great deal compared to other options in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

The rooms are chic and immaculate, with comfortable beds and gorgeous decor. The staff, particularly Adrian, provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel also offers a nice breakfast buffet and the option to store luggage for convenience.

On the weekends, the noise from the street-facing rooms can be a bit bothersome.

The hotel has a good location in a lively area, with lots of bars and shops around. It was also nice to have a comfortable and cozy place to spend Christmas day in. We appreciated the effort made by staff to decorate the lounge area with Christmas decorations, which created a festive atmosphere. the rooms had decent amenities such as a mini-fridge and free wifi.

The rooms were small and not particularly well-maintained, with some broken fixtures and scuffs on the walls. The lack of a restaurant onsite made things difficult on Christmas day when many places were closed.
