Breathtaking lake and mountain views from spacious, rustic suites with cozy ski-chalet vibes. Huge, well-equipped kitchenette and a delicious room-service menu available. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location on the bus line for easy transportation.

Great location, with fantastic views of the lake from the back of the hotel, perfect for morning coffee. the breakfast buffet was impressive, with eggs cooked to order and tasty pastries. We loved the comfortable and clean rooms, with a Jacuzzi and small kitchen area, ideal for a cozy night in with a bottle of wine.

the bathroom had a faint mildew smell that was noticeable at times. Despite these minor issues, this hotel ticked all the boxes for us and we enjoyed a fantastic city break here.

We had an amazing stay at a charming boutique hotel on the beautiful lake. Our room had a jacuzzi with a stunning view. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with excellent restaurants within walking distance and a lovely beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was just outside of the city center, making it easy to organize a taxi or explore the area. it was located just 20 meters from the bay, allowing for easy access to a small beach at the bottom of the property.

The bathroom in our room had a slight odor at times.

I had an incredible stay at this 4-star hotel. The setting was absolutely breathtaking, with large windows that framed magnificent views of the lake and the snow-capped Andes mountains. The rooms were spacious and welcoming, modeled after ski chalets with rustic touches. The bathroom was luxurious, with double sinks, a spa bath, and a rain shower. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Nicholas who assisted us in organizing tours and excursions. The location of the hotel was perfect, just outside of the main city center and with easy access to public transportation. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly unforgettable.
