Room was nice and spacious with two bedrooms. The facilities for kids were amazing, especially the pools. The short walking distance to shops was convenient. Despite some construction noise, the overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We appreciated the prompt resolution of our issue with the delayed entrance. I would recommend this hotel for families.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is just a short walk away from the center of town and the beach, making it incredibly convenient. Plus, being so close to transport options is a bonus. Despite its proximity to the bustling nightlife, you don't have to worry about any noise disturbance. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary kitchen amenities. The pool facilities are spot on, with both indoor and outdoor options, including a sauna.

The hotel's maintenance seemed lacking, as previous guests mentioned issues such as uncleanliness, mold, and maintenance work causing inconveniences.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel just across from the beach on the Gold Coast. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms were well-equipped with cooking facilities, and I was impressed by the stunning views from my window. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the well-kept common areas and the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the prices for the rooms were very reasonable, offering great value for money. my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Our weekend stay at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The indoor pool and spa were well maintained and relaxing features for our stay. We appreciated the easy access to the nearby beach and waterfront. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless.

We did notice that some aspects of the hotel were showing their age. The floors and ceilings didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and we had to live out of our suitcases due to locked wardrobes.
