I stayed at a lovely hotel just outside of town, with a stunning view of the lake. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a duplex layout and a seating area to admire the view. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with various requests. The breakfast was delicious, and they even provided room service. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Some miscommunication issues with cash and lack of assistance in finding an ATM were a minor inconvenience.

Our romantic stay was delightful! the service was extraordinary, we received plenty of information and recommendations for places to visit and dine. the room was astonishing, with a spectacular view to the lake and mountains. Breakfast was exceptional with a good variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect for us since it was away from the noisy center but still easy to access.

We had some trouble with the payment methods, as we were informed that only cash was accepted for certain activities. This was inconvenient for us, as we were not prepared for this.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel on the edge of town with a stunning view of the lake. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to help me with any questions or requests I had. The entire hotel was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast served in the room was delicious and always on time. I also appreciated the free WiFi connection, which allowed me to stay connected with ease. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The staff at Los Ponchos Hotel were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. From making restaurant reservations to organizing tours, they were always there to assist us. The breakfast served in our room was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite a small bathroom and the hotel's distance from the city center, I would highly recommend Los Ponchos! I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
