The hotel provided excellent service, easy parking, and a lovely breakfast delivered as room service. The old townhouse building had great character and beautiful interior decor. The hotel's location in a charming part of the city was quiet yet within walking distance of major attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were even allowed to order dinner in and eat at the stunning bar and restaurant area. a great, great hotel!

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the beautiful area of Stockbridge. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff, who even left a personalized note and treats for my boyfriend's birthday. The rooms were lovely, each with its own unique decor, and the petite room we stayed in was perfect for a long weekend. The buffet breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, and the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and convenient bus routes nearby. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Nira Caledonia!

The location of this place was amazing and so close to everything. It was good to be away from the busyness of the center but still close to Stockbridge and the Water of Leith. The staff here were all really friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities of this hotel were top-notch, with a spa & wellness center, sauna, jacuzzi, and a garden area that provided a peaceful retreat. The rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room I was in was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. the heating pipes were uncomfortably hot, making the room a bit uncomfortable at times.

We had a great time on our romantic escape! the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the main attractions and restaurants. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a jacuzzi suite, adding a touch of luxury to our trip.

there was no air conditioning in the room, so it got quite warm at night. We had to keep the windows open, but this let in insects which was bothersome.

The room at Nira Caledonia was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a lovely jacuzzi bath. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel was also impeccably clean. I was pleased to have access to a 24-hour bar for a late-night drink in my room.

There were a few drawbacks. The jacuzzi in the room was in a dire state of repair, with several knobs broken and missing baffle covers for the back massage jets.

That there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which became a problem during the hot summer nights. the bathroom in our room was quite compact and cramped, making it difficult to move around.
