I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic - it was right in the center of town, close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. It made exploring the area so convenient. The rooms were spacious, and I loved having a balcony and a kitchenette. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast in the morning was decent, with a selection of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and cakes. it was a great value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed.

Great staff, cozy rooms, and perfect location. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm, and I enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen in the room. Being located centrally was a great advantage, as I could walk to almost anywhere I wanted to go. The hotel also provided fantastic wifi and a nice breakfast.

Being located in the city center can make the noise level from the street a bit high, but it wasn't a significant problem. The windows did a decent job of shutting out the noise, but I could still hear some sound.

The affordable price during the high season made it even better. The breakfast, though simple, offered fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and cake. I highly recommend Maison Apart for a wonderful stay in Mar del Plata.

Spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, helpful and friendly staff, central location, convenient for dining and shopping.
