I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Iguazu. The location, nestled right in the forest, was breathtaking. The hotel's design made me feel like I was actually staying in the jungle. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area where I could relax and cool off. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Plus, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel is situated in a beautifully landscaped, almost jungle-like setting, close to the national park. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff is attentive and efficient, providing great service throughout the stay. The breakfast, although a bit ordinary, offers a decent variety of options. The pool area is nice for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The pool chairs are uncomfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and modern rooms at Mercure. The lobby staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location was convenient, with reasonable taxi rates. The lunch and dinner menus offered delicious options. I would recommend this hotel.

During our Xmas holiday, we were delighted with the two complementary drinks offered upon our arrival. the hotel is located in the heart of the rainforest, providing an incredible view of tropical nature. Its position was convenient to easily visit both sides of the majestic waterfall. we enjoyed the daily activities held by the hotel staff.

The shower pressure could have been better, and the bathroom amenities were not replenished regularly. the internet connection was weak, and we often experienced issues while making a connection.

Lovely hotel in a 'jungle' setting with spacious, well-groomed rooms. The private balcony offered a beautiful view of the pool and gardens. The fish dishes at the restaurant were tasty, and the red wine was enjoyable. The room safe was well-positioned and had a convenient interior light. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is breathtaking. The decor is elegant and the aura is luxurious as soon as I entered the hotel premises. The spa and wellness centre has an array of body wraps, massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool is clean and large with comfortable sun loungers. The pool bar serves refreshing cocktails. The hotel's location provides wonderful views, and the gardens and sun terrace are delightful. The restaurant offers a range of delicious dishes with options for vegetarians, and the breakfast buffet was appetizing.

The hotel was perfect except for a minor issue, the service was slow during the peak hours of the restaurant. However, it did not affect our experience because it was understandable given the number of guests in the hotel.
