During my recent stay at a hotel in Santa Rosa, Laguna, I was impressed by the modern design and cleanliness of the rooms. The spaciousness and amenities provided made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, attending to all our needs promptly. The hotel's location, nestled in the heart of Nuvali, allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. The hotel also had a kid zone with a playroom and game room, which my children loved. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Located just by the small lake, this place provides a nice view from the room and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff, from the housekeepers to the Hotel manager, were accommodating and provided room service throughout my stay. The hotel also has a leisure spa & wellness centre with a swimming pool and sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. The hotel is conveniently located across a shopping area, making it easy to access different stores.

The acoustics in the rooms are not great, as you can hear noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms.

The staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The bed was comfortable. In-room massage service was good. Breakfast buffet selection was great. The place was nice, quiet, and not crowded. The reservation officer/supervisor was kind and considerate. All requests were handled seamlessly.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious food options. the hotel's great location provided a serene view of a nearby lake, perfect for evening walks.

We also noted that the walls were not well insulated, as noise from surrounding rooms could easily be heard.

Additionally, it is situated near the Nuvali complex, which offers a wide range of restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Parking was also available, and transportation to and from the hotel was easily accessible. The complimentary breakfast provided was satisfying, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
