Well-managed receptionist area with excellent service support. Helpful and informative excursion desk. Great location in the heart of town, close to restaurants, shopping, and the lake. Good-sized room with comfortable bed and excellent shower.

The complementary breakfast was great and we appreciated it before exploring the city. the lobby had a very helpful map and guide for the surrounding areas, which was a great way to plan our day. The hotel was located in a central area which allowed us to navigate easily through the city. One of our favorite aspects was the luxury-looking swimming pool, which offered a relaxing break during the day.

We found the staff at the desk, in general, weren't very welcoming or friendly during our stay. the air conditioning in our room was too noisy and not working properly, which made our nights uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. The family room with 2 bathrooms was especially convenient for our stay. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms exceeded my expectations. The location in central Bariloche was perfect, providing easy access to the Civic Centre and other attractions. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and central location.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in the heart of the town. It is conveniently located close to everything, allowing us to walk to the city center and plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. The reception staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and a 24-hour reception. The rooms were clean, modern, and bright, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, television. The view of the lake, although partially obstructed, was still a plus. We also enjoyed the nice swimming pool on the top floor of the adjacent building.
