Some staff members at the front desk were not very eager to assist, which was a minor inconvenience.

We had a fantastic city trip and it was made better by the great hotel we stayed in. The free pass to the museum was an unexpected bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and really set us up for the day. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere and explore all the city had to offer. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome.

That the gym facilities were poor, not ideal for keeping up with our fitness routines. , the noise level could be a bit much at night, with dogs howling and barking in a nearby park which made it difficult to sleep.

This venue was a luxurious and exclusive experience from the moment I stepped in. The beautiful and well-designed building held a spa centre, live entertainment and a lovely outdoor swimming pool perfect for a relaxing afternoon under the sun. The variety of body treatments available, such as massages and body wraps were a delight and fulfilled my luxurious needs. The restaurant served amazing food with a broad range of special diet menus options ensuring a satisfying experience.

There was a minor issue I came across during my stay, the service at the bar was very slow. I had to wait for a long time until I got my drink.

The staff, who dedicate 95% of their efforts to providing excellent service, are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, served by the nice restaurant staff, is delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful and boasts direct access to the casino and the excellent Colchagua museum, which showcases a wide range of artifacts and collections.

The renovated property offers great views from rooms with balconies. The restaurant serves good food, and the attentive staff made the dining experience enjoyable. Convenient location for visiting wineries, and the hotel's tour office arranged a great tour. The breakfast selection was impressive.
