We had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't be better - right in the center of the city, near the beautiful San Martin plaza. The buildings around the area were so elegant, it felt like we were in Paris. We also loved the variety of amenities offered, such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the room had all the comforts we needed, from the mini-bar to the in-room safe. We couldn't have asked for more!

The room at Nh Collection Crillon was comfortable and the location of the hotel was great. The chamber maid was excellent and the gentleman at the Reception Desk, Horacio, was very kind and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Great location close to must-see touristic sites and attractions. the staff is super friendly, always willing to offer assistance and advice. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided in the lobby area, and the bedding is really comfortable.

Room walls are not soundproof, so it can be loud at night. There is also a lack of amenities in the room like glasses and other essentials.
