Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, excellent service

There was nothing I didn't like.

I was thrilled with the location of this hotel. It is situated in a fantastic area with an amazing restaurant right next door. The room was comfortable and the bed was big and cozy. The bathroom was clean and the shower had excellent hot water. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a buffet of fresh fruits, croissants, toasts, cheese and hams. They even offered made-to-order eggs and a variety of hot beverages, including Mate.

The sidewalk outside the hotel was unfortunately smelly, which was a bit off-putting.

Delicious breakfast with a variety of pastries, cold cuts, and made-to-order eggs. Great rooms and helpful staff. Close to restaurants, bars, shops, and Plaza Italia for easy transportation.

As a frequent guest, I have had the pleasure of staying in this luxurious hotel multiple times. The staff here are exceptional - they go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, I am always impressed by their dedication. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush beds that guarantee a restful night's sleep. And let's not forget the delectable breakfast served in the beautiful garden, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a fantastic area, where there are plenty of attractions to explore in Palermo. It also offers convenient amenities such as room service and car hire, making it easy to navigate the city.

We had an amazing romantic escape here! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices including fresh pastries and cooked-to-order eggs. The location was perfect for our needs, with great restaurants and nightlife just a short walk away. We also loved the complementary pitcher of water in the lobby and the lovely rooftop pool that was perfect for cooling off at the end of a hot day.

The room was a bit small for our liking, and we didn't have much of a view. While the staff was friendly, they seemed a bit disinterested and didn't go out of their way to make our stay extra special.

We had an amazing stay at Pleno Palermo Soho. The two-bedroom master suite was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The front-end staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The charming neighborhood was home to great restaurants and bars. We highly recommend staying at Pleno Palermo Soho for a wonderful experience in Buenos Aires. we will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Great location near shopping, restaurants, bars, and parks. Friendly staff and comfortable, newly renovated rooms. Highly recommended for couples and honeymooners. Lovely pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop. Exceptional value for the price.
