Enjoyed the pool area, felt like a posh suburban lifestyle center. Loved the helipad, it made commuting so much fun. The Sequoia Ballroom had a great view, perfect for celebrating.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including the strong wifi connection which even reached the restaurant 100 meters away. The location was convenient as it was near commercial centers, shops, and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy a variety of dining options. Moreover, the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food, including bacon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff, especially Katrina Cruz from F&B and Camille from the front desk, provided exceptional service and attended to our needs with a smile. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again given the chance.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to an executive suite, making my post-birthday celebration extra special. The front desk staff, particularly Joannie, went above and beyond to ensure a remarkable stay. The fitness facility and pool were also impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and exceptional service.

We requested a late check-out due to my parents attending a wedding, and Angel promised to give us a feedback after checking with the management. she even asked if there was any special occasion we were celebrating and surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake as my birthday was just a few days away. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with restaurants, fast food joints, a supermarket, and banks nearby.

The reservation process was quick and I received prompt replies to my inquiries via email. the breakfast buffet was satisfying and there were plenty of options to choose from. the staff, especially at the front desk, were warm and efficient. One of the best aspects of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff at the Acaci restaurant. Another advantage was the convenient location, with nearby restaurants and a small shopping center with cinemas.

One area that needs improvement is the cleanliness. Upon checking in, I found some suspicious hairs in the bathtub.
