The hotel was stunning, with beautiful common areas and well-maintained rooms. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. They were friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and amenities. It was convenient to explore the surroundings and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

One downside of my experience was the transport arranged by the hotel from the airport. The driver was aggressive and made us feel unsafe during the entire journey.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a coffee machine and a safe. The food at the Duhau Argentinian restaurant was excellent, and the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The gardens on the property were lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful time during my stay.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. Great location, close to tourist attractions and within walking distance to some. The staff was amazing, granting us a complimentary late checkout and allowing us to use the facilities and wifi before and after our stay. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the garden. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. a marvellous place to stay.

As a light sleeper, the quiet atmosphere allowed me to have a restful sleep.

The outdoor area of the hotel was stunning, with beautiful terraces that provided a great backdrop for photos. The hotel's location in the Recoleta area was ideal, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and polite, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

One negative aspect was that the nibbles I ordered in the bar never arrived, although the waiter was apologetic and made up for it by offering two free cocktails as an apology. Another downside was the high prices of the hotel, which may be out of reach for some travelers.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice neighborhood known for being upscale. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, especially Camilla, Melanie, and Jose. They assisted me in retrieving my lost luggage and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's steak restaurant. Plus, I discovered that paying with a Visa or MasterCard saved me money due to the favorable tourist currency rate.
