Pretty new site, nice rooms, good breakfast, quiet location, city park walk

Nothing to dislike.

During our xmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and the delicious breakfast spread. the location was perfect with easy access to public transport and key attractions. the rooms were clean with comfortable bedding ensuring a good night's sleep.

The parking was extremely tight and could be difficult for larger vehicles. the staff were not very accommodating and did not offer any assistance with touristic information or transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, yet it is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It is also easily accessible from the highway, making it a great option for those attending the nearby Tivoli stadium or horse show. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff is helpful and friendly, creating a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast offers a good selection of food and is a great way to start the day.

The internet access can be a bit inconvenient, as it only allows one device at a time and requires re-joining every time it is used.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I absolutely loved! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to explore everything that the city has to offer. As longer term business travelers, we loved the secure underground parking, comfortable rooms with great beds, and the varied breakfast buffet.

The location of Hampton was perfect for attending the CHIO Aachen Horse festival. It was within walking distance to the event and the town, so we didn't need a car or taxi except for getting to the rail station with our luggage. The breakfast at the hotel was also amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the confusion about the drinks in the lobby fridge and the inconsistency of the staff, overall, I had a pleasant stay at Hampton. The hotel room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the friendly and efficient welcome made me feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast options were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious food and the service was top-notch. the secure car park was a bonus and the location was convenient, being close to the motorway and within walking distance of the city center. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the soundproofing was excellent. We will definitely be returning for another overnight stay.
