Great staff with friendly English speakers at the desk.

The breakfast experience was quite disappointing, with poor quality food and coffee that didn't meet expectations. My room lacked essential comfort features like a proper closet, making it difficult to organize my belongings. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which hindered my ability to work effectively during my stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was genuinely welcoming, especially Catalina and David. The location is fantastic, right at the center of everything, and the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle.

One downside was the breakfast. while the coffee was excellent, the selection was limited and could use more variety. Also, the check-in time felt late, making it a bit inconvenient after a long journey.

i loved the breakfast options, with a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and excellent coffee! the staff was incredibly helpful with everything from arranging transportation to giving tips about nearby attractions, like the vibrant plaza san martin and the rich history of manzana de las luces. also enjoyed the convenience of laundry services.

lighting in the corridors could be brighter.

during my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk over to the Teatro Colon, just about a 10-minute stroll, and I enjoyed relaxing in St Martin's Park, which was right across the street, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
