this hotel did not live up to my expectations at all. cramped rooms and honestly, weak internet, really? I was also shocked there was no fluff and fold service. like, am I supposed to wash my own clothes? I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

the room was cramped, not surprising in tokyo, but i expected a little more space, you know? plus, breakfast options were simply limited, and let’s not forget the slow, inefficient check-in that left me feeling utterly unimportant, a complimentary drink woudl ve been nice after waiting like that. almost considered a good review, but i just couldn’t.

The location is perfect, and the friendly staff made our stay special. The room, though compact, had a long table that was great for our routines. Appreciated the array of complimentary items provided in the room.

We stayed at this hotel with four babies, and it was perfect! The staff were incredibly accommodating, quickly providing us with extra pillows and blankets when requested. The location is super convenient, and the room had high-quality bedding that helped us all rest well.

the room had a high powered hair dryer which was great for styling. the signage to the hotel was not clear, making it tricky to find at first.

The location is fantastic. surrounded by tons of great restaurants, perfect for tasting local cuisine. Staff were truly accommodating, helping us with extra pillows for the kids. Housekeeping was spot on, ensuring the room stayed clean.

Breakfast could use a bit more variety. and it’s best to skip if you think you'll pay separately.

omg the location is super close to akabane station, like only a few mins walk. lots of konbinis around and some good eats too, like ramen places and fast food. the staff was really nice and helpful, made the stay way better. the room was pretty clean but just a bit small, which is kinda normal for tokyo i guess. they had some cool complimentary stuff like hair iron and laundry facilities which was a lifesaver.

but the tv only had japanese channels, no english ones at all. also, the signage to find the hotel was kinda confusing at first.

Superb location! Just a 2-minute stroll from the station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, giving us the room we didn’t know we needed!

Why must I waste a perfectly good toothbrush just to feel fancy? Honestly, who needs new slippers every day? Talk about overkill on the hospitality!
