We stayed at this hotel and it was in a great location nearby plenty of restaurants and a trendy area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony to relax on. The staff was excellent and provided us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offered room service and laundry facilities for added convenience.

Despite a party next door one night, the lively neighborhood noise didn't bother us. we had an amazing stay and highly recommend Palo Santo.

I recently stayed at Palo Santo for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic! The hotel has a unique concept and the materials used are top-notch. The inner courtyard is breathtaking and the spacious rooms are so comfortable. I loved the little balconies that offered a great view. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even provided a free BA city guide booklet with excellent recommendations. The location is perfect for exploring by foot. Highly recommended!
