We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impeccable. The hotel had a wide range of facilities that catered to our every need. The parking was convenient and hassle-free. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the warm welcome at the reception to the excellent service provided by the F&B department and room service. They were attentive, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. We truly felt well taken care of.

I recently stayed at Kempinski and I had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Hasan and Talar, were incredibly professional and attentive to my needs. The property is well-maintained and the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The pools are stunning and the location is convenient, close to the airport and a short distance from downtown. The poolside and room service food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Kempinski in Beirut for a few days and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities, including the pools, were great. The location was not an issue as taxis were always available outside the hotel. I especially loved the free room upgrade and the beautiful view from our terrace. The attention to detail, like the flower petals on our bed, made our anniversary celebration extra special. I will definitely be coming back to this top-notch hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the staff were super friendly and always had a positive attitude. the hotel facilities were excellent, with modern and beautiful decor. One of the highlights was the pool bar, where we received top-notch service from the bartender Khalil. He knew exactly what cocktails to recommend and made our experience unforgettable.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. there were some nights where we couldn't sleep peacefully due to private parties happening inside the hotel.

The pool and beach area were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and professional. The newly refurbished rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel itself was well-maintained. The front desk receptionist, Caline, went above and beyond to make our stay special by upgrading us to a room with a resort view for our wedding anniversary. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff always had a smile on their faces, making us feel relaxed and happy. We will definitely return for special occasions!
