The service at Kempinski was outstanding. We had requested an extension for our stay and Hassan, one of the staff members, assured us that we would receive the same rate as booked. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the billing and I had to contact the reception multiple times. Despite the initial delay, the management eventually resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The resort itself exceeded my expectations and I had a fantastic time during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
