the location couldn't have been better, allowing me to easily explore all that Buenos Aires has to offer on foot. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options to choose from. I also loved the unique wooden horse sculptures in the entrance. One evening, there was live singing and piano in the lobby, which was a delightful surprise. the overall ambiance was inviting and enjoyable.

The bathrooms are stylish and chic, with gold and stainless fixtures and a large tub. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop pool and gym provide stunning views of the city.

The hotel could improve on the soundproofing of the rooms, as noise from neighboring rooms and the creaking wooden floors can be heard.

This hotel was an absolute oasis of luxury. the spa and wellness center, complete with indoor swimming pool and sauna, was an excellent place to relax and unwind. the massage and facial treatments were top-notch and left me feeling revitalized. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were particularly impressive and offered stunning views of the city.

While the treatment room was immaculate and the staff were friendly, I felt that the nail polish quality was not up to par with the other luxurious amenities offered at the hotel.
