I recently stayed at Best Western Martinsville Inn, and it was a wonderful experience! The absence of elevators is a serious inconvenience!!! Inconsistent room temperatures made sleeping difficult, and I encountered slow drainage in the bathroom sink. The old decor really needs an upgrade!!! I also experienced disruptive noise from air conditioning units!!!

The cleaning staff were wicked awesome, always checking in to see if I needed anything. The breakfast had a solid variety, but it could've used more attention to keep it stocked. The room was comfy and spacious enough for my needs. perfect for my trip.

absolutely terrible experience! the toilet clogged not once, but twice, and the staff just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. also, the air in my room was so poorly circulated, I felt like I was suffocating. as a guest who woudlve expected a complimentary gesture for all this, I just couldn’t bring myself to leave a good review.
