We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location along the lake in a peaceful setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent room service and even helping us to plan our activities. The facilities were top-notch, with three pools to choose from and a new spa area with hydros and saunas that was a must-try. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant and the spacious breakfast buffet in the morning. the service and amenities offered at this venue were outstanding.

Our xmas vacation at this hotel was great. We enjoyed the breathtaking lake view from the hotel and the location was perfect. the breakfast buffet was superb with a variety of food to choose from. the hotel's interesting style and well-kept facilities added to the charm of our vacation.

The hotel has many steps and stairs which made it quite difficult for those with mobility issues, including access to the pool area. the room was a bit cramped, and the bathroom could have been nicer.

However, the location next to the lake was a definite highlight. Guests could enjoy stunning views and take advantage of the three pools, all of which were praised for their cleanliness and size. The spacious rooms and separate bedrooms in the family rooms were also appreciated by older children. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, making the overall experience more enjoyable.

Some aspects of the hotel maintenance seemed neglected, with broken furniture, a bad smell in the room, and cables scattered everywhere. The outside area by the pool was also unappealing, with old and dirty chairs and torn grass carpeting.
