I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was super clean, neat, and very comfortable. The staff were helpful, particularly Federico, who assisted us with organizing tours and events. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the port area and close to the domestic airport. The breakfast selection was great, and the hotel had all the facilities we needed, including a gym and a solarium. The room was big and modern, and the staff spoke English.

The breakfast was scrumptious and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. the hotel was located close to all the must-see sights, and it was easy to get around from there. the staff were courteous and ready to help with anything I needed.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location here is really perfect for exploring and getting around town. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, including tours and recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar and soundproofed rooms. We especially enjoyed the sun terrace which was a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the city center and close to the great shopping street in Florida. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for meals. The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean enough.

Some guests have complained about noise from the plumbing in the rooms next door, which can be annoying.

We had a fantastic stay at a very modern and clean hotel in a convenient location. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was excellent. the hotel is just one block away from the pedestrian street, which leads to a beautiful plaza and is within walking distance to a promenade by the river. There are also plenty of markets, restaurants, and bars in the surrounding area. it was a great choice for our conference stay.

We had a great stay at Principado Downtown. the location was perfect for our conference, with Tienda Leon and the bus from EZE airport just a short walk away. the room was clean and comfortable, and we easily recommend staying here. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, but we enjoyed venturing to San Telmo or Palermo in the evenings. the hotel is conveniently close to train and bus stations, as well as popular tourist attractions like av. 9 de Julio, San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Recoleta, and Palermo. the breakfast room had delicious food and a nice atmosphere. a pleasant experience.
