I recently stayed at Sheraton in Buenos Aires for a week-long business trip. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The gym facilities were top-notch, even though they had limited open hours. The restaurant at St Regis was simply superb, offering a delightful dining experience. The room service food was delicious and the service was excellent. The hotel's strategic location provided a nice, non-congested atmosphere with a beautiful view of the garden and a local Big Ben. It was also conveniently close to all government, historical, and central places of interest.

During my recent stay at Sheraton, I was impressed with the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to Plaza San Martin, shopping centers, restaurants, and the ferry terminal. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the local attractions.

The rooms at Sheraton were clean and comfortable, although the furnishings and paintwork could use a refresh. However, this did not detract from the overall quality of my stay.

Great location near a hop on hop off bus stop and a train station right across the hotel. The breakfast is delicious, staff is helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great and I felt safe during my morning runs in the nearby park. The staff was exceptional and made my stay very comfortable.

The club room on the 22nd floor was a great feature, offering snacks and beverages throughout the day, including a fantastic selection of red wine. The staff were extremely nice and the location was perfect, with an amazing view from the window.

Fantastic Club Lounge Experience

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Club Level during our stay at Sheraton. The service in the Club Lounge was consistently excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the made-to-order eggs in the morning. The lounge also served good food throughout the day. While the hotel overall may need some remodeling, the amazing experience in the Club Lounge made up for it. We were impressed by the helpfulness of the concierge and the excellent housekeeping. The location of the hotel, near to the Business District, was also convenient. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room had all the amenities I needed, including a European socket for convenient charging. The lounge access on the 22nd floor was a great perk, with a variety of snacks and a stunning view for breakfast. The lobby bar offered reasonably priced drinks, and the indoor swimming pool and gym facilities were well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a loud AC and some outdated elements, I overall had a wonderful experience at this 5-star quality hotel.

The club lounge was absolutely spectacular, with hospitable staff and a stunning view of the Retiro station and Recoleta neighborhood. The food in the lounge was excellent, with a full breakfast including made-to-order omelettes and a lovely spread of snacks, wine, and desserts in the evening. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, right next to the Retiro station and close to the subway for easy transportation. The check-in process was friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping was exceptional. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Buenos Aires.
