The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and some even have a small deck with a view of the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the lobby has comfortable seating areas. The breakfast offers plenty of variety and there are free computers available for use in the lobby.

The English comprehension of the dining room and reception staff is limited, which can sometimes lead to miscommunication.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. It is located in a very green area, away from the busy touristic area, but still within easy walking distance of everything in town. The staff speak English and are very helpful, providing pack lunches for your journeys to the glaciers. The hotel offers basic amenities and the breakfast, which includes scrambled eggs, is included in the price.

The only minor annoyance was the cleanliness of the carpet, which could be improved.
