The hotel's airport shuttle service was excellent, offering us one free pick-up and one drop-off. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially in organizing transportation and other requests. The bellhop service was great, with staff members carrying our luggage to our rooms with a smile. The hotel's location in the downtown section of the city made it convenient for exploring, with plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly from the moment I arrived in the parking lot. They welcomed me warmly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel had a great view from the balcony, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this city. They also did a wonderful job informing me about the best tourist areas and places to visit. The hotel even provided shuttles, making transportation convenient for guests. The location in the center of the city was perfect for catching the cable car and exploring the vibrant downtown area.

I really enjoyed my New Year's stay at this hotel. the first thing I liked was the spacious room with blackout blinds, which made it easy to sleep in after the late-night celebrations. Another positive aspect was the large shower, perfect for refreshing after a night of partying. the hotel's location in the downtown area was also advantageous, as it allowed me to easily explore the nearby churches and museums. Lastly, I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were always available to assist with any needs or inquiries.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the location of the hotel, especially at night, felt somewhat unsafe and uncomfortable.
