Lovely hotel, amazing staff, stunning views, great location, delicious breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the town centre, providing easy access to restaurants and shops. Furthermore, it is situated by the lake, offering stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty.

The internet connection at the hotel is unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the lake and only a few meters away from the civic center. The parking lot available for the car was convenient. The staff was mostly nice and the front desk staff, in particular, were extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The dining room was spacious and the buffet was enjoyable.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail is evident in the rooms, which are in good condition and offer nice views of the lake. The location is perfect, right in the center of Bariloche and on the lake, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy beautiful views from the breakfast area.

Conveniently located with beautiful views from the breakfast room. The staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Despite a request for a higher floor, I was unfortunately unable to secure it. However, the overall experience at Hotel Tres Reyes was positive.

The view from the lobby and restaurant was a sight to behold, and the welcome drink was a nice perk. the staff was the best part about the stay, going above and beyond to assist and being fluent in English. the location was convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to explore.

The interior of the hotel was very tired, with mold spots in the bathroom and uncomfortable beds with huge and hard pillows. the breakfast was a letdown, with limited choices and bland flavors.

We had a great time at Hotel Tres Reyes. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar team who provided ice when I twisted my ankle. The hotel has a fancy entrance and the room was spacious with a lake view. The breakfast was delicious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
