The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the lake and only a few meters away from the civic center. The parking lot available for the car was convenient. The staff was mostly nice and the front desk staff, in particular, were extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The dining room was spacious and the buffet was enjoyable.

Felt very well looked after, nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff, limited English. Free welcoming drink. Good breakfast variety in large dining room with lake views. Beautiful old mountain hotel, clean. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Nice sitting area for games and drinks. Slow WiFi, no AC, but not an issue in early March. Free parking available.

Excellent lake views, central location, clean rooms with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. Brilliant breakfast and bonus sitting room. Friendly staff, sorted taxi. Enjoyed awesome lobby/dining views, reasonable prices, delicious breakfast. Would stay again, staff nice.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Bariloche and on the lake, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy beautiful views from the breakfast area.

The view from the lobby and restaurant was a sight to behold, and the welcome drink was a nice perk. The staff was the best part about the stay, going above and beyond to assist and being fluent in English. The location was convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to explore.

The interior of the hotel was very tired, with mold spots in the bathroom and uncomfortable beds with huge and hard pillows. The breakfast was a letdown, with limited choices and bland flavors.

We had a great time at Hotel Tres Reyes. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar team who provided ice when I twisted my ankle. The hotel has a fancy entrance and the room was spacious with a lake view. The breakfast was delicious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
