This place is awesome for party people! We loved the brand new accommodation with a little gym and cold water swimming pool. The rooms with kitchenettes were perfect for our long stay and cravings for home-cooked meals. The comfortable studio had a nice balcony and rooftop with amazing views. The walkable location near restaurants, cafes, and tour agencies was excellent. And it was only a 20-minute walk to the bus terminal.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints!

I recently stayed at Usina Studio Fma-Coliving for a week-long trip and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The brand new accommodation was stylish and modern, and I loved having a kitchenette in my room. The shower was amazing and the balcony and rooftop offered great views. The gym, while basic, was a nice touch and encouraged me to stay active. a fantastic stay.

I do recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, well-equipped, and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The building itself is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, just a short walk away from the central square and the bus terminal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a pool and a gym available for use. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast offered was great, although I didn't have the chance to try it due to early excursions. the location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff made my stay at this hotel a truly enjoyable experience.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was that the hotel was not obvious to find. However, once I arrived, everything else exceeded my expectations.
