The hotel provided excellent service with their friendly and approachable staff! the location was perfect as it was walking distance from restaurants and places of interest. Plus, they offered coffee-making facilities in the room, which was a bonus for a morning person like me!

The breakfast was a bit late, starting at 9:00 am. It would have been better if they started at 8:00 am to accommodate early risers.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The staff, especially Stella, were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The self-serve breakfast and hot drinks provided in the morning were a nice touch. The enclosed peaceful patio area was a great place to relax and unwind. I had a wonderful stay at Albert House Hotel And Tours and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Yerevan.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was outstanding - cheaper than other hotels I considered. Secondly, the location was great, just a short walk from the city center and even closer to the authentic Armenian market which was an amazing experience. Lastly, the staff, especially Akop, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

No negatives whatsoever, everything was perfect!
