We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a thoughtful gesture of serving ramen to late check-in guests. It was a perfect remedy for our hunger and the cold weather. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the hot spring was a great way to relax. The location, being near the train station, made it very convenient for us to explore the area. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel based on its convenient location, cleanliness, amenities, and the thoughtful gesture of serving ramen to late check-in guests.

Our Thanksgiving stay was fantastic! Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view. We loved the hot spring and the complimentary nightly ramen service. the hotel's location was key, as it was just a short walk away from both the train station and a mall. the hotel staff were friendly and checked all guests' temperatures at check-in to ensure everyone's safety.

The front desk staff seemed a bit impatient during check-in, which made us feel a bit unwelcome. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and didn't have any other complaints.
