I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Congress Hotel for a few days in a great location near Republic Square. The staff, especially Mr Seargis, the Chief Concierge, were extremely helpful and arranged transportation and a knowledgeable driver/guide for my entire trip. The room had a fantastic view of Mt Ararat, and the bed and shower were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, and I loved having Armenian coffee.
