The serene ambiance of the onsen made me feel closer to nature. Although I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from my room, the view from the rooftop compensated for it. The Japanese breakfast included in my stay was delicious and filling. I recommend this lovely hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at Onsen Konanso! The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, with a convenient store right next door and easy access to Lake Kawaguchi. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all of my needs were taken care of.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering the option to dine in the room. The restaurant can get quite crowded and noisy, which can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is located right in front of the lake, providing a fantastic view. It is also conveniently situated in the city center, with the bus stop right in front of it. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff is professional and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food.

We had a fantastic experience during our New Year stay. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The private hot bath in our suite was a highlight, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience. Additionally, the large servings of multiple ingredients during mealtimes were delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel, right on the lake front, provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks to our stay. the thin futons may be a bit uncomfortable for Westerners who prefer softer beds.
