We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city near the main square. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing us with an early check-in when we arrived exhausted after a long train journey. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. If we return to the city, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

We loved this venue! It's located right in the heart of the city, which means we didn't need to take the public transport to visit the main attractions. They provided room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, and an airport shuttle. The reception staff gave us a welcome drink and gave us tours/ ticket assistance. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks offered in the room. The hotel's location was a key factor as it allowed me to easily explore the city's attractions. the breakfast was quite good with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff seemed to be disinterested in providing assistance during my stay. There was no clear communication regarding the room reservations and we had to change rooms multiple times.
